Use of the service

Nutmeg is a squad management tool for amateur football clubs. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Nutmeg (team names, player names, match data). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

You must not enter data that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

Prohibited use

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the app.
• Using the service to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

In-app purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Disclaimers

Nutmeg is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutmeg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting founder@nutmegclub.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
